Stayed up too late last night -- missed my roommate and had to read for awhile -- and 5:30 came awfully early this morning.  Had a good walk (although a muggy one); today was one of the last days that one of the stalwarts of our walking group, who will soon move to Tempe, AZ.  I watched the end of an NRL game -- my lad from Manly prevailed -- and some Olympics, and I read some too.  Susan got home around 5:30, and we fixed spaghetti and watched more Olympics and some NFL exhibition.  A pretty quiet Saturday, but that will all change in 2 weeks when the college football season begins.
