Long day ... especially the morning.  Got up early for my Sat. walk, went by the farmers' market, then came home to finish mowing the back yard.  Not nearly as warm today -- actually a cool breeze over the last half of our walk -- but still plenty humid.  This afternoon I finished the Last Chance U series, read a little, and emailed some, then took a brief nap.  Susan left soon after lunch and spent the afternoon with her sisters.  Tonight we had pizza and watched the first half of the Dallas vs. LA Rams game, which marked the NFL debut of Miss. State's Dak Prescott.  He was just as poised and proficient as he had been in college ... very proud of him and happy for him.  I'll bet the damn Cowboys can't believe their blind luck.  They too were apparently enamored with some of the duds who were in the Senior Bowl with Dak, and they were clearly boys to the man.  Some of the midirons were drafter early, and they had to "settle" for Dak.
