Fun day with the grandgirls.  We began with breakfast at The Original Pancake House -- very good! The older one, who is a real stringbean, amazes me at how much grub she can put away.  We had a restful later morning, which was good because it rained hard for awhile.  This afternoon the girls had "Meet the Teacher Day" at their school, and we met Katie there and tagged along.  Afterwards the girls and I had ice cream.  Back home for dinner and watching the Olympics.  I've begun a new book, Before the Fall by Noah Hawley, on my Kindle.  So far I really like it ... hard to put down.  In fact, ....
